RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Notification of Defects
If you receive goods from Ironmongery Solutions that appear to be defective or damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery or collection:
- If the defect or damage is not apparent upon reasonable inspection, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovery.
- Your notification should include details of the defect or damage and pictures of the part/area which is damaged, allowing Ironmongery Solutions to inspect the goods.
Upon acknowledgment of the defect or damage, Ironmongery Solutions will, at its discretion, rectify, replace, or issue a full refund for the affected goods. This resolution will be considered full satisfaction of any claims related to the defect or damage, and Ironmongery Solutions will not be liable for any further losses or damages.
Return of Goods
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Ironmongery Solutions within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Returned items must be in their original and unused condition with their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been used,or are no longer in their original condition. Items must be in their original sellable state to qualify for a refund.
Return shipping policies are as follows:
- If the item is damaged or defective, Ironmongery Solutions will provide a return label.
- If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you are responsible for shipping it back to us. You must email us the tracking number so that the parcel can be tracked.
In the event that a return is approved, Ironmongery Solutions will charge a 20% restocking fee of the total order amount. This policy also applies to packages that are refused upon delivery, or returns resulting from insufficient or incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries. This policy is not applicable on items which were received defected or damaged.
