This latch contains bolt through holes either side of the spindle hole, which enable use of the through bolts supplied with our lever on rose handles

Double sprung or Architectural quality basically means heavy duty. You would select this standard of lock or latch for doors that are in constant use or even subject to abuse. Perhaps in a commercial type environment

Please note, these latches come as standard with Stainless Steel face plate & strike plate (with exception to the Body Only pack) although a variety of finishes are available as an accessory pack which are compatible with this latch and must be ordered separately.  Please see related products
