Returns Policy:

Notification of Defects and Return of Goods

You must inform Euro Art UK Ltd (T/A Ironmongery Solutions) of any alleged defect in or damage to the goods within 2 days from the date of delivery or the actual collection or (where the alleged defect or damage was not apparent upon a reasonable inspection) within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or damage. Any such notice must specify the particular alleged defect or damage and must afford Euro Art UK Ltd (T/A Ironmongery Solutions) a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods in question. If Euro Art UK Ltd (T/A Ironmongery Solutions) is accordingly notified of any defect or damage to goods and agrees that such goods are defective or faulty Euro Art UK Ltd (T/A Ironmongery Solutions) will (at its option) rectify the defect or fault or replace any such goods or credit the invoice value of the goods and any such rectification or replacement or credit will be in full and final satisfaction of any claim by you and Euro Art UK Ltd (T/A Ironmongery Solutions) shall have no further liability for any loss or damage arising from the defect or fault relating to such goods.

Return of Goods

Euro Art UK Ltd (T/A Ironmongery Solutions) may at its absolute discretion, though it shall in no case be obliged, allow the return of goods by you within one month from the date of the purchase of the goods that you wish to return. Products purchased more than a month are non-refundable. All returned goods that are not defective/damaged are deemed to be sent back in an unused, unopened, and saleable condition for a full refund and if the product is opened or used will be subjected to Ironmongery’s  discretion. If Euro Art UK Ltd (T/A Ironmongery Solutions) exercises its discretion to allow you to return goods it shall in all cases upon refunding you for returned goods be entitled to retain a handling/restocking charge equal to 15% of the sale price of the returned goods. This also applies to packages that are refused for collection upon delivery attempt, insufficient/incorrect address leading to returning back to Euro Art UK Ltd (T/A Ironmongery Solutions) or left unclaimed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
